Ordering & Payment Methods

How do I place an order on-line?
Placing an order on-line at Stringing Solutions is quick and easy. Simply browse or search our store and when you see an item you wish to purchase, just click the 'Add To Cart' button to add it to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue to shop, or proceed to make payment by clicking on 'Check Out'.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, American Express and Paypal. We accept cash or cheque ONLY for racket re-strings that have been collected by us or dropped off to our premesis.

Are there any hidden payment charges?
No - unlike some stores, we do not charge you any extra for taking payment by credit card or Paypal.

Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not have any minimum order amount here at Stringing Solutions.


Order Tracking & Updates

Will I receive an email confirmation once my order is placed?
As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item. That way you are kept fully up to date with the status of your order. You can also track your order by logging into our website at any time

Can I cancel or change my order?
Providing the order has yet to be processed, you will be able to cancel or make changes to you order. If you do require any changes to be made to the order then it is strongly recommended that you use the live chat feature through our website to speak to a Stringing Solutions representative. That way we will be able to change your order as soon as possible without any additional charges. If live chat is not available then please email your request to info@stringingsolutions.co.uk


Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?
Absolutely - Buy with confidence. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be sent back in the condition that you received them ie. un-opened and still in the original packaging.

How do I return an item to you?
Once you receive your order it is advised that you check it over thoroughly to ensure that everything is as it should be. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you should file a Return Merchandise Authorisation on our website.

To do this all you have to do is log in to your account and click on “Track Your Recent Orders”. Once there you should click the “View Details” button next to the order that you placed for the item that you wish to return. Within the order you should find a button saying “Add RMA”. Click this and then choose how many products you are returning and you can also state why you are returning the items. As soon as you have finished filling in the short form, click on “Save RMA”. After this you will receive an email with further instructions.

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when you are sending the package back.

When sending back any products please ensure that they are sealed correctly and in their original packaging.

Please Note – We do not pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned. We will also not refund any lost packages that have been returned. If you send back an un-returnable item then you will not be compensated or have the product sent back to you., therefore, when you are returning items, please ensure that they are returnable and that you use a secure and traceable sending method.


Shipping Information

How quickly will you ship my purchase?
Our aim is to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, depending on stock availability, however on most occasions in stock orders will be shipped the same day. (Mon-Fri, ex-bank holidays)

Are all your items in your shop in stock?
We hold stock of many of our items, however on occasions we may well have sold out of a particular item. The good news is, should an item be out of stock, we are usually able to obtain it within 24-48 hours, therefore making shipment to you within a few days.

What are your postage & packaging costs?
At Stringing Solutions we want to make calculating shipping costs as easy as possible for our customers. This is why we have introduced a one off shipping charge, no matter how many items you order ! So, you can order as many items as you like and still pay the same shipping cost.*

Our tracked services require a signature upon delivery.

All items are shipped using the Royal Mail.

* Some products in our store may require an additional postage charge on top of our standard one-off rate, due to the size and weight. Should this be the case, details of the additional postage charge will explained in the product description and added at checkout.

Will all my items ship together?
We will do our best to ensure that your entire order is shipped out in one package. Depending on the status of stock, for example, items out of stock may take longer than usual to get back in, it may be necessary for us to ship your items out in separate packages, however you will not pay any addition postage charges.

Can I track my order once it has been despatched?
If you wish to track your order once it has been shipped, then please choose one of the 'Tracked' shipping options in the checkout. We can then email you the tracking number so you can see the status of your shipment.


General FAQ

How quickly will you answer questions by email?
We will try to reply to all emails within 24 hours, Mon-Fri, however on most occasions you will get a reply even quicker than this. There will also be many occasions where we will do our best reply to emails over the weekend.

What hours are you available by phone?
We are always happy to receive phone calls, therefore if you wish to telephone us then please feel free to do so, primarily between the hours of 9am - 5pm. However, please feel free to call outside of these hours or at weekends and if we are not immediately available to take your call, then please leave a message and we will call you back at our earliest convenience.

Do you offer a racket restringing service?
Absolutely Yes! - We are able to string tennis, squash and badminton rackets. We can also re-grip rackets and can replace grommet and bumper strips.

How Secure is Your Website?
Our website is extremely secure as it uses Secure Socket Layer encryption technology. This means that all information that you send through our website including your name, address and payment information is kept completely secure. This means that you do not have to worry about your information getting being intercepted on-line.

All customer credit card information is held securely with our payment provider, Secure Trading. NO credit card information is held on the premises of Stringing Solutions. How will you use customer contact information?
Stringing Solutions does not disclose any customer information, including email addresses, to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We will send you confirmation emails as well as special promotions occasionally unless requested otherwise. Your phone number is used only to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
